My place in time #22
This is about as close as you get around these parts to a river. One of the many drains that run through the landscape of this area, apparently 1450 km of drains, with about 500 bridges, draining water to Lake Frome.

To see a real river you'd have to drive and hour to Nelson(the Glenelg River), over the border in Victoria, or a few hours to Murray Bridge(the Murray River) towards Adelaide.
