The first of December came with the thermometer in the high twenties and an afternoon thunderstorm, with loads of rain.
It was a slow weekend, one I absolutely needed and have been longing for.
Two weeks of the school term left for this year, and six wonderful weeks of sleeping in! Yay!
Lots of colour in the garden, along with all sorts of bug life. I unknowingly captured a couple mini beasts, that I didn't see until I edited these photos. Also one human mini beast who protested about me shooting in her direction.
I love the changing seasons in the garden, always something to enjoy.
I am such an airhead! Link there now :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous flowers - very uplifting!
ReplyDeleteHow joyful these photos are. I miss having lots of flowers around as we did in our last place. I loved you sharing the close-ups...and yay for late mornings starting soon. Every teacher, parent and kid in Australia is looking forward to that too. Denyse x
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers and beautiful human mini beast!
ReplyDeleteHasn't the weather been strange lately? I love your flower pics, the fuschia ones are my fave!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful garden. I'm looking forward to the sleep ins, too. Not long now!
ReplyDeleteAlicia, those flowers are way prettier than all of my snow! I am already tired of the snow and rain and I have about 6 more months of it ahead of me!

I can tell you live in a warmer climate. Our flowers have bit the dust. ALthough I didn't know you could grow a tire swing and little girl like that...LOL
