Thank you for sharing your struggle and your tips as they will help many people. I used to have the same problem with worry and anxiety...and what really helped me a ton was giving up the things I can't control to a higher power. For a class I was taking for addictions counseling, we were required to attend a 12 step meeting. I quickly realized that many of the 12 steps are so perfectly appropriate for dealing with all of life's stresses! Once I was able to grasp that idea and really, truly give up my worry to the universe, my stress levels have decreased to almost none! Sending you lots of positive vibes, my friend.

Shelbee
www.shelbeeontheedge.com Shelbee on the Edgehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04176384234651262845noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2618595985130726262.post-43966825730725496112018-02-12T21:10:30.847+10:302018-02-12T21:10:30.847+10:30I try and remind myself not to worry about things ...I try and remind myself not to worry about things outside my control and that the worst things that I can imagine happening are actually very unlikely to happen but sometimes its hard to stop worrying!

Ingrid
http://www.fabulousandfunlife.blogspot.com.auFabulousandfunlifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01874154462328317603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2618595985130726262.post-29739776857422229882018-02-12T12:08:22.625+10:302018-02-12T12:08:22.625+10:30Same here, Vanessa!
